Participants will learn how to apply the gLOCAL principle within the larger context of Blue Marble Evaluation. The application will include using and adapting Principles-Focused Developmental Evaluation within the Blue Marble Evaluation framework. Food systems transformation will be used to illustrate the principle in practice.
