Lebohang Moloi Ms Lebohang Moloi, a highly experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with a background in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Lebohang's journey began over 12 years ago when she first delved into the world of qualitative and quantitative research and monitoring and evaluation. Since then, she has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of research methodologies and techniques, becoming an expert in designing and executing comprehensive M&E systems and identifying strategic research topics. Today, Lebohang serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist at Wits University CLEAR-AA, where she provides technical assistance services to public and private partners. Her exceptional commitment to evidence-based decision-making has been evident in her role in numerous projects to promote health equity, reduce health disparities, and strengthen health systems in diverse contexts. But Lebohang's journey is not just one of professional accomplishment. It is also a journey of personal growth and discovery. Her dedication to improving public health outcomes stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of evidence-based decision-making to effect positive change in the world. Lebohang's expertise in statistical analysis and program design in the context of HIV/AIDS is a testament to this belief. She has played an integral role in developing and implementing effective strategies for preventing and treating HIV/AIDS, with a particular focus on promoting health equity and reducing health disparities in marginalized communities. Ultimately, Lebohang Moloi's journey is one of discovery and growth, professional accomplishment, and personal conviction.

Jenean Pretorius Ms Jenean is a Monitoring & Evaluations Specialist at the Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results, Anglophone Africa (CLEAR-AA) at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg, South Africa. Her core function includes facilitating and training, curriculum reviews and development, and overall capacity building at country and institutional levels. Jenean completed a BA in Politics and International Relations and a Masters in Management- specialising in Public Policy & currently reading for Ph.D. in Inclusive Education at Wits. She has worked across the private, public and NGO sectors over the past 15 years. Her areas of research and writing interest are Social Justice, Evaluations in pursuit of Equity, Decoloniality, and Inclusive Education. In her spare time, she writes poetry and fiction.
