Tackling climate change requires deep, self sustaining, and lasting (positive) transformational change. The networking event will involve sharing about the experience of the Climate Investment Fund’s Transformational Change Learning Partnership (TCLP). CIF supports over 300 projects across 72 countries in the areas of clean energy, energy access, climate resilience, and sustainable forests. The TCLP is a global evidence-based learning collaboration bringing people together to share their work and advance transformational change in climate action around the world at scales from local to global.

Anna Williams Project Director, Transformational Change Learning Partnership Anna Williams is an evaluator, facilitator, and organizational learning expert with deep experience tackling climate change. She has worked with many of the world's largest climate change organizations as an advisor on evaluation and learning. She leads CIF's work on transformational change in clim
Joseph Dickman Senior Evaluation & Learning Specialist Joe has worked in evaluation for nearly 20 years, working with non-profit, international, philanthropic and governmental organizations, including CARE, Mercy Corps, the MasterCard Foundation, the World Bank and NGOs. He has led the CIF's Evaluation & Learning Initiative for the past four years.
Rob van den Berg Outgoing President Rob is the outgoing President of the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) and a member of the Advisory Council of Wilton Park. He serves as Chair of the Advisory Group on E&L at the CIF. He has had a long and varied career in international development and evaluation.
Regan Smurthwaite Project Coordinator and Analyst, Transformational Change Learning Partnership Regan is an emerging evaluator supporting CIF’s work on transformational change in climate action. Prior to joining CIF, she worked on issues relating to international development in South Asia.
