Sobre el evento

Government tends to be a large, complex and opaque system, understood best by those within it. In order to institutionalize M&E practices, the process of scheme/policy/programme design must be thoroughly understood, to identify entry or leverage points where the system looks for feedback. These can be targeted by those with evidence or M&E expertise to improve systemic outcomes, for capacity building, advocacy and demand generation for better evidence. This session will aim to identify some of the many ways in which these approaches, methodologies and tools can be used to improve M&E for strengthening governance.
