Sobre el evento
In this webinar, we intend to promote a discussion over the inclusion of YEEs in professional environments, gather YEEs from different countries, understand their perspectives, inspire with good examples, and call attention for this cause. We propose to present and exchange successful experiences of inclusion of YEEs in evaluation teams and professional environments, where the results are extremely positive for the seniors and juniors working together, and, consequently, for the quality of evaluation results and for the future of M&E field.

Marcia Joppert (mediator) | Mrs | Civil Engineer, master’s in Administration and Public Policy from University Institute of Lisbon and PhD candidate at Claremont Graduate University, she has thirty-two years’ experience in M&E. She is also Founder and Director of the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network (BMEN). |
Jasmim Madueño | Ms | Bachelor in International Relations, she has been involved with the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network (BMEN), being responsible for the creation of the BMEN Youth group. Currently, she works in the National Confederation of Municipalities of Brazil (CNM). |
Jéssica Sbroglia da Silva | Mrs | Social scientist, she has evaluated two public policies of nutritional security in Brazil, being awarded a Canadian government scholarship (ELAP). Current secretary of EVAL Youth, she also takes part of the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network (BMEN) and Eval Youth Latin America. |
Diego Rodrigues | Mr | Economist with a master’s in applied economics, he has worked with M&E for about five years, particularly with quantitative methods and impact evaluation. He has been an individual consultant, recently working for the IPC-IG/UNDP, and also lecturer in public management. |
Arnoux Mouafo Nopi | Mr | Project Manager at CAED and preparing a PhD in anthropology, since 2016 he is coordinating countries Focal Points of RF-Ee. In turn, since 2018 he has been involved as accountant in the board of CaDEA, the Cameroon national VOPE. He has also conducted a project on mobilization of YEE in Cameroon. |
Egidio Simbine | Mr | Project Coordinator and Monitoring, and Results Manager at ILO project Moztrabalha, he has more than five years of experience in designing, monitoring and evaluation youth programs for the National Directorate for Youth Affairs. He is a member of ILO M&E network in Africa and an Evaluation Manager. |
Javier Araneda | Mr | Emerging evaluator from Chile, sociologist, he worked as advisor to an evaluation team in a collaboration project between Foceval and TECHO. Currently he voluntarily helps entrepreneurs and foundations to apply for social projects in need of state funding. |
Nazir Ul Haq | Mr | Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer with Mekong Institute, Thailand. He has around eight years of experience in the development sector, in other countries like Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and China. He is also Co-Founder of Ispru Youth, Pakistan. |
