Webinar | Online

About the Event

Evaluations provide useful data for steering decisions and policy dialogue based on knowledge, accountability and learning. But which methods and means are needed to adequately involve partners and stakeholders responsible for planning, implementation and steering of development measures in the evaluation process while ensuring timeliness and usefulness? This is a challenge that the German Institute for Development Evaluation has faced with a Country Portfolio Evaluation in Peru.
In this good-practice presentation is shown, how Most Significant Change was applied as a Participatory Impact Assessment Method at country level and how findings were used i) for steering processes of development cooperation and ii) as evidence base for policy dialogue between development partners.
