About the Event

The speakers will detail eight critical steps for accessing, understanding and using evidence during the cycle of interventions in Food security and nutrition. They will also present newly developed materials (Guide, interactive online pdf, eLearning course) on how to access, understand and use evidence. Participants (both evidence producers and users) will learn some tips and good practices to improve and enrich their journey to evidence-informed decision-making.

Rodrigue Castro Gbedomon Director of research and learning Rodrigue is a senior researcher specializing in environment and agricultural value chains. He leads the research and learning department at ACED and coordinates the ACED Helpdesk, which assists and provides policymakers and practitioners with evidence to inform their decisions and interventions.
Anca Dumitrescu Sr. Evaluation Specialist Anca is a Sr Evaluation Specialist with over a decade of international work experience. She leads the West Africa Capacity-building and Impact Evaluation program (WACIE), that works to assist policymakers with evidence-informed decision-making across the West African Economic and Monetary Union.
