Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plans (QASP) are important tools in your toolbox that will help you ensure project quality and build in inclusivity, but they are often seen as a bit of a drag. Khulisa will share some tips, tricks and processes to build your QASP. By the end of this interactive lecture, you will have a way forward to designing inclusive and effective evaluations that are of the highest quality. You will walk away with a QASP template that you can use for any of your future projects.

She is an experienced evaluator and project director with over 25 years’ experience leading research studies and evaluations and supporting the design, development, and implementation of M&E systems throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
