Mrs Attracta Chisangano Deputy Speaker 1 of the National Assembly of Zambia Hon Attracta Chisangano is the current Deputy Speaker 1 of the National Assembly of Zambia. As a member of parliament, she was instrumental in setting up the Zambian Chapter of APNODE. She has extensive expertise in international development
Mr Roy Ngulube Deputy Clerk (Administration) of the National Assembly of Zambia Mr Roy Ngulube is the current Deputy Clerk (Administration) of the National Assembly of Zambia. He oversees all administrative issues of the institution which includes strategic management as well as monitoring and evaluation.
Vincent Kanyamuna lecturer/research in the department of Development Studies of the University of Zambia Dr Kanyamuna is a lecturer/research in the department of Development Studies of the University of Zambia. He has vast experience in evaluation acquired through years of service in the Ministry of National Development Planning. He has also worked in a number of NGOs.
Victor Kabwe President of the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association (ZaMEA) Mr Kabwe is the current President of the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association (ZaMEA). He works for the United States Embassy in Zambia where he has M&E responsibilities. He is passionate about development evaluation.
