About the Event
The proposal encompasses the role of evaluation in improving political actors' understanding of transformational change processes and seeks to debate: How should evaluators analyze interventions and the systems in which they are inserted, to identify the conditions and potential for transformational change? How can the field of evaluation strengthen national and other evaluation systems in ways that have the potential to achieve transformational change?
Thus, explores the importance of health systems using patient-reported experience and outcome measures and using the insights created through the use of these measures to create health policies. One of the focuses addresses the theme "Patient engagement for patient safety,” where we try to use these citizen involvement mechanisms to make healthcare systems safer. Another focus is on "the relevance of the cross-cultural translation of an unique international quality assessment instrument in health units in Brazil". Finally, an additional theme is "Validated methodology framework for evaluating performance in primary health care services in a sample of primary health care units in Brazil"
