About the Event

The key focus of the event is to share about the vulnerability mapping, data management and analytical tools we are currently using and building further to ensure quality delivery of programmes and enable evidence based decision making by our programme stakeholders.

Through this event the participants will get exposure on :
1. Transform Schools digital learning platform “Accelerated Learning via Technology” (ALT) being built using open-source APIs on the Digital Infrastructure for School Education (DIKSHA) platform, in alignment with the government’s NDEAR framework
2. Data For Decisions (DFD) tool powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technology to predict student performance, identify trends and connections within the programme data collected, and extract insights that enable more stakeholder-centric and evidence-based decision-making
3. Nudges (both offline and platform based) designed for various stakeholders to take timely actions and ensure continuity of teaching and learning
4. An Early Warning System (EWA) tool called the Vulnerability Risk Assessment Mapping (VRAM) implemented on ground to identify vulnerable students at risk of dropping out of school, and the specific factors that contribute to dropouts.
5. Collaborations and partnerships established in the build process to leverage the strengths of each partner /consultants. Interact with representative from ShikshaLokam, EkStep, Ideas42, Tekdi, and Catalyst Management Services (CMS) (TBC)
6. Technology stack being used to support data collection and management, data processing and analysis, data visualisation in order ensure data quality, integrity and security and enable generation of actionable insights faster and in real time for users to make timely decisions
7. Initial feedback and voices collected from the stakeholders on the tools and processes

Neetu Sahu, Deputy Director Quality Assurance and Impact MS She leads the Quality Assurance and Impact measurement at Transform Schools with 15+ years of experience in monitoring and analysis. She is adept in framing and designing MIS tools for data collection, compilation and possess analytical skills for analysing and generating programme reports to inform management decisions
Aayush Makharia, Product Manager Mr. He is a multifarious professional with 10 years of experience. Throughout his tenure, he has served in many roles as chief of staff, program lead and product manager across various organizations in education, product & innovation, climate change and startups
