About the Event
The workshop participants will gain an understanding of the purpose of the Theory of Change (TOC) and comprehend the benefits of its application in the evaluation. Participants will get a chance to practice development or revision of the TOC for their own projects, programs or policies under the supervision of the trainers.

Sophio Chachanidze | Managing Partner | Sopho has more than 10 years’ experience in managing M&E projects in the CIS and EP countries. Her spheres of expertise are infrastructure, agriculture, environment, gender, etc. She holds an MA in Sociology and has extensive experience in delivering trainings for various institutions. |
Larry Dershem | International Research and Evaluation Consultant | Larry Dershem, Ph.D in 1995, has been involved in designing M&E systems and research studies in the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa for almost 25 years. He has assisted in the development of ToCs for projects in nutrition, agriculture, livelihoods, youth employment. |
