À propos de l'événement
How the global fallout due to Covid-19 has led to improved emergency response systems against quickly identified standard benchmarks and KPIs that have swiftly been adopted globally through borderless communication as well as tight centralised and devolved monitoring and evaluation mechanisms giving way to the creation and dispersion of real-time data by all countries equally. Specifically, within Pakistan, Covid-19 has revealed the role of each province in identifying and communicating new parameters to understand the implications of the crisis and propose new intellectual frameworks within which to view and handle the crisis, thereby strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems leading to broad policy consensus. The lessons learnt from this crisis can show how evaluation practices in non-crisis situation can be improved and the important role of real-time data in communication for any course correction.
