From Local Evaluations to Global Learning: The role of youth

À propos de l'événement

Localising evaluations relate to consider local contexts, traditions and culture and determine implementation processes that are suitable to locally. Local governance bodies also require feedback on their activities for effective delivery and improvement. The academic institutions and other local bodies can provide the necessary technical support in doing evaluations keeping in focus the local milieu. This approach has brought out innovations in evaluation process and methodology. Experiments of this sort have been done where students have been recruited to conduct evaluations with innovations supervised by academicians and evaluators.

In the proposed panel, efforts will be made to bring together academia, students and youth involved in such attempts to share their experience which can help participants in replicating similar models in their local regions.
