Maya Vijayaraghavan Principal Evaluation Specialist, Independent Evaluation Department, Maya Vijayaraghavan advises on evaluation methods at the Asian Development Bank. She previously led the Asian Evaluation Week and evaluation capacity development initiatives, and assessed the Bank’s policies, strategies, and operations at the thematic, country, sector, and project level.
Zaher Rebai Lead Evaluations Specialist Operations Evaluation Department, Zaher is the Lead for Project Evaluations at IsDB. Previously, he managed the Capacity Development Dep. and the Leadership & Staff Development Div. Zaher served in different managerial capacities with CARE USA. Earlier in his career, he worked with DMI Group in private equity and trade
Sonia Chand Sandhu Principal Evaluation Specialist, Independent Evaluation Department (IED) Sonia leads Evaluation Capacity Development at IED-ADB with 30 yrs of work at ADB, World Bank, and private sector in key business and knowledge areas on livable cities, environment and climate adaptation. She has a MS in Environment Eng. and Ex diplomas from Harvard USA & IHS Netherlands.
Emily Sharp Director of Strategy, Performance and Learning Emily Sharp, an Australian national and a regional public servant, is the Director of Strategy, Performance & Learning with the Pacific Community. She has 23 years in applied science and MEL. She strongly believes in contextually and culturally relevant approaches to evidence informed practices.
Khalil BITAR Monitoring and Evaluation Manager Khalil Bitar is a PhD in Monitoring and Evaluation and has a record of more twenty years of field work in Evaluation. He is currently the M&E Manager at the Atlas Relief Development International. Member of many VOPEs and active in ECD programs and solutions especially in the MENA region.
