À propos de l'événement

TThe professional development/growth of YEEs requires a continuous learning process over several years of practice in order to reach the required level of expertise. To demonstrate its commitment to support and champion youth in evaluation, ar-mel is implementing a Remote Professional Internship and Training for Francophone YEEs (West and Central Africa). The program aims to provide practical, professional learning and growth opportunities for YEEs, by enhancing their skill sets and engaging/involving them on practical MEAL assignments being completed by its experts in the fields. The program offers rooms for networking and career pathways. The online training proposed by ar-mel for the 2023 gLOCAL Evaluation Week builds on the aforementioned program. In fact we have received increased demand on a training topic related to Qualitative Reaserch methods. At the end of the proposed training, participants will be able to (i) explain processes for implementing qualitative research. (ii) identfy and apply qualitative research techniques and methods related to sampling, data collection instruments, data analysis methods etc. The Speaker (Mr Armel Oguniyi) will build on his robust experiences, lessons learned from the field as well as cultural trends and other contemporary factors to facilitate the training module on Qualitative Research : Methods, Approaches and Tools.
