À propos de l'événement

As evaluation practices continue to evolve, it is important to consider the perspectives of young and emerging evaluators. These individuals bring fresh insights and innovative approaches to evaluation, which can improve the quality of evaluations and enhance their impact.

Young and emerging evaluators may come from a variety of backgrounds, including academia, government, non-profit organizations, and consulting firms. These individuals often have a different perspective on evaluation than more seasoned professionals.

By bringing new perspectives to evaluation, young and emerging evaluators can challenge established norms and push the field in new directions. They may be more open to using innovative evaluation methods, such as social media analysis, crowdsourcing, and big data analysis. They may also be more willing to question assumptions and challenge conventional wisdom, leading to more rigorous and impactful evaluations.

In addition, young and emerging evaluators may bring a fresh approach to issues of equity and inclusion in evaluation. As a more diverse group than previous generations, they may be better equipped to recognize and address biases in evaluation processes and ensure that evaluation findings are relevant and applicable to a wide range of stakeholders.
