In today's data-driven world, organizations need robust tools to effectively monitor, evaluate, and adapt their programs and interventions. Monic is an open-source monitoring and evaluation system designed to streamline the process of defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), building and visualizing Theories of Change (TOC), creating Logical Frameworks, managing projects with Gantt charts, designing and disseminating questionnaires, and creating customizable data dashboards for various entities.

In this workshop, the presenter will demonstrate Monic's wide range of features and functionalities, showcasing its ability to support monitoring and evaluation efforts by effectively tracking performance metrics, visualizing TOCs, managing projects, collecting and analyzing data through questionnaires, and creating data-driven dashboards.

Targeted at researchers, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and other impact-driven organizations, this workshop will provide an in-depth look into Monic's capabilities and potential to transform the way organizations monitor and evaluate their interventions.

Sean Walsh Developer Sean has been developing software for the M&E industry since 2010 predominantly for various public sector clients in Sub-Saharan Africa such as National Treasury, Department of Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, the Presidency, the Western Cape Premier and the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority.
