À propos de l'événement

In our rapidly evolving world, characterized by polycrises such as environmental degradation, social injustice, and economic instability, effective collaboration is paramount. To create a peaceful and equitable world for all, genuine global development cooperation is essential, where organizations exchange knowledge and learn from their work. However, many organizations struggle to use their knowledge effectively, hindering progress towards sustainable development goals. Especially considering evaluations of development programs, a lot of knowledge and lessons are compiled. However, organisations often do not have ways to tie the findings of evaluations to action.

Despite the wealth of knowledge generated through development program evaluations, a significant gap exists in translating these insights into actionable strategies and practices. This disconnect not only impedes progress but also limits the potential for comprehensive, systemic change.

To address this challenge and contribute to tackling global crises, we present Propel, a software solution that ensures development knowledge flows to where it is needed most. Propel streamlines the global exchange of developmental insights, transcending boundaries to reach organizations worldwide. By connecting the outcomes and learning from evaluations of development projects to action and improved practice, Propel fosters a collaborative environment for shared growth and learning within the development and humanitarian ecosystem.

Propel's core mission aligns with the urgent need for collaborative approaches to address the multifaceted challenges of our time. Through facilitating an enriched knowledge exchange, Propel empowers organizations to learn from each other's experiences, leverage collective insights, and adopt innovative practices for a more impactful response to global crises.
