How national M&E coordinating institutions, sectors and subnational governments can work together to build sustainable national M&E systems across all spheres of government:
- Develop a division of labour between M&E coordinating institutions, sector ministries/departments and subnational governments when strengthening the national and subnational M&E systems
- What is the ideal protocol that should be followed national M&E coordinating institutions when implementing activities meant to strengthen the M&E capacities of sector institutions, public agencies and subnational government?
- How can public institutions develop a common framework for working with evaluation capacity building institutions?
During this sessions, Twende Mbele will make available guidelines and reports for debate to clarify, strengthen argumentation, and consider the next steps. The sessions aims to assist Twende Mbele in completing guideline and report with the view to publish. Twende Mbele will bring draft guidelines and progress reports about for brainstorming and advice.
