Esther Odi Tieku M & E Professional and Member, Women in RMEL Esther is an emerging evaluator with over 4 years of diverse experience in international and local consultancy-based monitoring and evaluation processes. Based in Accra, Ghana, she brings a blend of expertise in Natural Resources Management and Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Gladness Kampa MEL Professional & Member, Women in RMEL With over 8 years of experience in community development projects spanning health, education, gender, and legal aid, Gladness has collaborated with various local and international non-governmental organizations on numerous projects. She is a member of the Women in RMEL group.
