[ Em português abaixo] Webinar on the institutionalization of public policy evaluation in Brazil and six African countries (Benin, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Uganda). The webinar will address opportunities and challenges for advancing the agenda of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems at the subnational level, offering lessons from research conducted by CLEAR LAB in Brazil and the organization Twende Mbele in the African context. The session will be moderated by the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). It will feature simultaneous translation between English and Portuguese.

She graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, holds a master's degree in Urban Public Policies from Sciences-Po, and is pursuing a doctorate in Law at the University of São Paulo. |
| Ayabulela Dlakavu | Manager at Twende Mbele | Ayabulela Dlakavu is the manager of the Twende Mbele Programme, as well as a researcher and analyst of public policy; foreign policy; international organisation; global and regional peace and security; political economy; monitoring and evaluation practitioner; academic; with extensive background in international development, sociology and history. |
| Lycia Lima | Deputy Director of CLEAR LAB | PhD in Public Administration and Government from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP), and a visiting scholar at University College London. Master's in Development Economics from the University of London (Soas). Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Currently a professor at FGV EESP, deputy director of CLEAR LAB, associated researcher at the Center for Applied Microeconomics (C-Micro/FGV EESP), and the Center for Economics and Public Policy (Cepesp/FGV). Held positions at the World Bank in Washington, the UN in Geneva, the Presidency of Brazil, and the Government of Minas Gerais. |
