The roundtable will consider how regional development decision makers employ M&E in their programming processes and what adaptations if any will be required to meet the demand for M&E in a post crisis era? Will new approaches, formats be required and how do evaluators prepare themselves for these changes?

Kervyn Tobias Head, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Kervyn has been the Head of the M&E Unit of the OECS Commission for the past 2 years prior to which he was Project Coordinator in the Division of Public Sector Modernisation for the Government of St Lucia. He is an expert in project management, IT management , network architecture and egovernment
Susan Branker Greene Vice President Susan is a seasoned international development practitioner and monitoring and evaluation specialist, with over 20 years of senior experience working on multi-disciplinary programmes and consulting assignments for regional and international development organizations in the Caribbean.
Pedro Henrique Souza Independent Consultant; and (former) Information Management Officer Pedro has over 12 years experience working with the UN in strategic planning, results monitoring and reporting. In his previous position, as Information Officer of the UN Development Coordination Office, he led the design of the new UNSDG Information Management SYstem.
Patricia Smith- Cummings Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Patricia, a Belizean national, is an M&E professional with over ten years of experience. She has demonstrated skills in providing M&E technical assistance regionally and nationally to strengthen M&E systems to enable effective evidence-based public health interventions, programmes, and policies.
Ambassador Manorma P. Soeknandan, PhD Deputy Secretary General Ambassador Dr. Soeknandan, a national of the Republic of Suriname, holds a Law Degree and a Master and PhD degrees in International Studies and Diplomacy. She was Ambassador to Guyana, Caricom, Jamaica and Cuba from 2001 – 2013, and has been Deputy Secretary General, CARICOM since February 2014.
