Evaluation for Play Africa: A Young and/or Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) competition!

YEEs will be assigned to teams and have the option to select one of the following activities to participate in: 1) develop data mining/visualization based on existing data, 2) describe forward looking strategies for further data mining on Play Africa non-digitized data or 3) develop a future looking impact or quasi-experimental evaluation design for the Play Africa programmes. Each team will provide A) a summary of their approach and B) a virtual presentation and response to judges’ questions. Judges include 2 Senior Evaluators and 2 Senior staff from Play Africa. Each category (visualization, mining, and evaluation design) will be judged. Winners could potentially be recruited for an internship at Play Africa.
