About the Event

In this session the MEL team from RSH, a complex, multi-country, adaptive programme, will share their experience designing and implementing their learning strategy by supporting inter regional and cross-regional learning. Presenters will share lessons on what worked well for the programme and challenges encountered. By the end of the session, participants will understand how real-time learning and evidence have been used to inform implementation and get practical insights into our approach.

• Introductions of speakers and participants.
• Brief 5-8 min presentations from speakers on topics above.
• Facilitated 20min Q&A + experience sharing session from the audience.

Dele Aderibigbe MEL Adviser, Africa Region Bamidele works as the Africa region MEL advisor for the RSH programme, supporting the Africa hub countries on their MEL related activities. He has over 8 years of experience managing MEL for donor funded projects. This includes the FCDO governance intervention in Nigeria, PERL-LEAP
May Hassan MEL Advisor, MENA Region May has held various senior positions including MEAL and Program Management Advisor in Syria, Yemen, Gaza and Iraq, Program Director in Iraq, MEL Manager in Syria, Jordan and Lebanon. May has over 8 years special expertise in the MENA region, with particular focus on Iraq, Libya, Yemen.
Rita Abraham Lopidia Senior Advisor, South Sudan Rita is the RSH Senior Advisor to the South Sudan Hub, providing strategic direction inputs to national plans. She played a critical role in monitoring the implementation of UN Resolution 1325 in South Sudan. Rita is based in Juba
Wedjan Jarrah Regional Associate, MENA Region Wedjan is an experienced programmes director with over 15 years experience working in the non-profit sector. within RSH, she works as the MENA hub Regional Associate and has previously worked for organisations such as Care, TDH, and Blumont International. Wedjan is based in Amman, Jordan
