This hybrid webinar will introduce audience members to the Learning-Oriented Real-Time Impact Assessment (LORTA) program of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and share findings from our engagement to conduct impact assessments with local and international partners. Participants will walk away with a number of learnings on the impact of GCF projects and how this is achieved through effective collaborative arrangements, most notably how the LORTA program increases the capacity of accredited entities to conduct impact assessments. The presentation will feature speakers from the LORTA program as well as the World Food Program (WFP) and KDI School of Public Policy and Management.
